• The RESERVATIONS section: email address, first and last name, telephone number and, where applicable, any other information you voluntarily provide in the “comments” field.
• The gift voucher section (Regala RENÉ): email address, first and last name, telephone number and tax ID, as well as the first and last name and email address of the recipient of the Regala RENÉ voucher.
• The WORK WITH US section: identification, contact, academic and professional data.

For what purposes do we process your data?

The personal data you provide will be processed for the following purposes and for any others indicated at the time:

• managing table reservations at the RENÉ restaurant;
• issuing and managing Regala RENÉ gift vouchers;
• replying to emails received at info@renemalaga.es;
• managing recruitment processes.

Origin, accuracy and truthfulness of the data provided

BELUGA SERVICIOS RESTAURACION S.L. understands that the personal data you have provided are accurate, up to date and genuine and, unless you inform us otherwise, that they have not been modified.

The person giving a Regala RENÉ voucher shall be solely responsible for any consequences for the voucher recipient arising from providing their data to BELUGA SERVICIOS RESTAURACION S.L. for the issue and management of the voucher.

What is the legal basis for processing your data?

The legal basis that allows BELUGA SERVICIOS RESTAURACION S.L. to process your personal data depends on the purposes for which they were collected, as explained below:
